
Breaded pangasius fillet with cucumber yoghurt

- 4 pangasius fillets
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 3 tbsp butter
Pangasius
- 15cm cucumber (peeled, deseeded)
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
- chives
- juice of ½ lemon
- salt and pepper
Cucumber yoghurt

Prep: 15 minutes
Pangasius
- Bread the fillets by dipping the fish into the flour, then in the egg and then breadcrumbs.
- Fry the fish in butter in a pan on a medium/high heat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Cucumber yoghurt
- Dice the cucumber into small pieces. Put the cucumber in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Serve with rice or potatoes.
